PLOT SUMMARY/PRODUCTION NOTES
Combining both aspects of experimental and documentary film, 'Young At Heart' creates a unique genre mirroring the charlatans and showmen who spin dubious tales of greatness and fame among the ruins of the playground of the world: Coney Island.

Although "Young At Heart" was filmed in two shooting days, getting to know the subjects and have them consent to being filmed required a lengthy and involved process of months.

Tony Cigar has now moved to Florida. Mayor Philly is now in a retirement home. After losing his boardwalk residence, Captain Bob now wanders the streets.
